Head of Matte Painting
Atomic Cartoons, Vancouver, BC –– 2019-present
• Responsible for Supervising the Matte Painting Department across several active CG productions.
• Worked alongside leadership: Heads of Departments, CG Supervisors, Producers, et al, to maintain and develop Matte Painting/Set-Extension to each production standard.
• Led, managed, and mentored several teams of Matte Painters while promoting collaboration, communication, and maintaining a positive morale throughout each project.
• Collaborated with the Head of Technology to improve and better integrate Matte Painting to the current pipeline.
• Bid and maintained a schedule; keeping to the quota and meeting deadlines.

• Worked along with the Production Designer/Art Director to develop the various environments and realize their vision for each location.
